Job Description
We are looking for a Billing executive to manage day-to-day administrative, billing, and related accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Shoper or another versions of Tally.
The person will be responsible for ensuring that all billing and accounting-related data is entered accurately and on time, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating with the sales, purchase, stores, and accounts colleagues whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare retail sales invoices / bills in Tally software.
- Handle cash, credit, and other types of billing as applicable.
- Generate invoices, delivery challans, credit notes, debit notes, and other relevant documents.
2. Retail Data Entry
- Create and maintain customer, supplier, product/item and other master records.
- Update product rates, discounts, tax rates, units, and other relevant master data as instructed.
- Purchase & Stock-Related Entries
