Job Description

The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall floor operations, team performance (including the Play Educator team), workshop content quality, customer experience, revenue generation, safety, and administration of the PKoloz floor they oversee (Kids Zone or Basement). The role ensures smooth daily operations, drives P-Koloz's workshop-integrated play model, and builds a motivated, high-performing team aligned with the brand's neighborhood-family positioning.
