Operations Executive – Furnishing Store

Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our retail furnishing store dealing in mattresses, bed linen, and bath linen.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall store operations and coordination

Handle customer interaction and support sales team

Manage deliveries, dispatches, and follow-ups (Porter/Courier)

Godown and stock management (inward, outward, inventory)

Billing coordination and basic reporting

Ensure smooth store functioning and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Experience in retail operations preferred

Basic computer and billing knowledge

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM
