Customer Support Executive (Voice/Chat Process)

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Chat / Voice / Sales Executive to handle customer interactions through chat and voice channels while driving sales and achieving business targets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to understand customer requirements, build rapport, handle objections, and convert enquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Explain products/services, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
• Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Maintain customer and sales records in CRM.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong closing mindset.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, chat support, BPO, telesales, or business development.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
