To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Ensure the severance process is completed accurately and in a timely manner for all impacted employees within the region.

• Support the regional points of contact for Powering Care termination processes in Workday , ensuring all necessary steps are completed.

• Connect with Finance on a regular basis to provide severance estimates and ensure alignment on financial implications.

• Gather information on severance actuals and provide it to Finance before each  month’s cut off date.

• Establish and maintain a regular monthly cadence with Finance to review severance calculations, obtain feedback seeking potential process improvements identifying gaps and simplifying the overall process.

• Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies during the severance process.

• Develop and deliver training materials to support leaders and employees during the severance process.

• Work closely with the Global Severance Process Lead and other regional specialists to ensure consistency and best practices across all regions.

• Ensure that all severance data is complete and accurate every month before archiving, respecting all deadlines.

• Provide Talent Business Partners (TBPs) with documentation, such as one-pagers, as applicable to each region to ensure a smooth end-to-end process.

• Capture the severance estimates provided by TR and Payroll in the severance tracker

• Develop and execute controls/governance to ensure accurate and timely data provided to Finance and key stakeholders.

• Develop analytics to easily provide severance data to applicable stakeholders as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong experience in HR Operations and severance/terminations processes.

• Strong analytical and data management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.

• Continuous Improvement mindset.

• Strong experience with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions.
