Job Description

Handle day-to-day office operations and client travel queries.


Manage enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and bookings.


Coordinate with team members and vendors for timely execution.


Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within timelines.


Maintain client data, MIS, reports and booking records.


Track pending payments, bookings and follow-ups.


Support marketing, promotions and social media activities.


Monitor sales, revenue, costs and profitability.


Generate new business, repeat clients and referrals.


Take ownership and accountability for overall office performance.


Contribute actively towards company growth and profitability.
