Job Description
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and attendance information.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave, attendance, and employee benefits.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Organize training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data.
