📝 JOB SUMMARY

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, visualizations and detailed drawings based on client requirements, project objectives and budgets.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.

• Prepare mood boards, space plans, layouts, 3D visualizations and design presentations.

• Create detailed drawings, specifications and material selections.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and project stakeholders.

• Conduct site visits, measurements and inspections.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and budgets.

• Source furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting and décor elements.

• Address client feedback and make required design revisions.

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials and design technologies.

🛠️ REQUIRED SKILLS= Interior Design • ArchiCAD • Architectural Designing • Architectural Rendering • Architectural Drawings • Interior Designing

Preferred Software: AutoCAD • SketchUp • 3ds Max • Enscape • Photoshop • Excel or similar design software

• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and space planning

• Technical drawing and construction document interpretation

• Communication, presentation and client management
