In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work closely with internal and external customer to understand their requirements, extend best possible and on time services.
• Provide pre and post order technical support to all customers, business partners and distributers.
• Ensure on time completion of assigned tasks and submission of assigned project under guidance.
• Ensure DMS (Document Management System) data are updated regularly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to establish priorities and multitask.
• Demonstrate teamwork or ability to work in a team environment.
• Should be detailed and an assertive character. Must be able to manage complex situations under pressure.

For This Role, You Will Need:

 

Desired Educational Qualification

Undergraduate pursuing Bachelor in Mechanical / Instrumentation/ Chemical Engineering

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Knowledge in Isolation valve products, Actuators and instrument components will be a added advantage 

• Knowledge of testing - destructive and non-destructive testing will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Metallurgy, Material science, Fluid Mechanics will be an added advantage.
