Role Description: This is a full-time sales role based in our Pune office. The Investment Manager will be responsible for identifying, listing, and showing residential and commercial properties, including workspaces suitable for IT companies. Daily activities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, conducting property visits, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves managing documentation, coordinating with developers, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The Investment manager is expected to build long-term client relationships, stay informed about local market trends, and represent Assetizer RealTech professionally in all interactions.

• Candidates should be passionate for building a career in Real Estate.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills with experience in closing transactions and meeting revenue targets in any industry.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and client relationship management.
• Should own a vehicle.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with the Pune real estate market, proficiency in local languages and English, basic computer and CRM skills, a proven track record in real estate or related fields, and the ability to work flexible hours when required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience is required.
• Minimum Level of education: Graduation
