Job Description

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle

• Handle recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning

• Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives

• Coordinate performance management and employee development

• Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Manage HR documentation, records and compliance

• Partner with management and department heads on people-related matters

• Support employee relations and grievance handling

• Drive HR initiatives aligned with business requirements
