Job Description

Job Summary:

Lead and oversee all human resources functions—recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training, compliance, and HR analytics. Serve as a key partner to leadership and employees, shaping culture and driving organizational success.

Role and Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, draft job descriptions, plan, develop and execute the hiring strategies as per the requirements. Describe the hiring requirements within the recruitment team and allocate the positions within the team.

·        Candidate selection, negotiate salary with the candidate, describe the role and responsibilities and company profile and finalization candidature. 

·        Ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company through orientation programs, training, and mentorship.

·        Develop and execute HR strategies as per the management requirement that support the organization's overall business goals.

·        Address and mediate workplace disputes to maintain a harmonious environment.

·        Set performance standards, provide feedback, and identify areas for employee development to enhance productivity.

·        Manage end to end KRA KPI process, and submit the monthly KRA KPI reports to the management.

·        Develop and oversee monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly performance evaluation forms to assess and discuss with HOD to enhance employee productivity.

·        Coordinate with HOD to identify skill gaps and organizing training programs helps in employee growth and organizational development.

·        Conduct Performance evaluation and appraisal process with the HOD.

·        Conduct monthly employee engagement activities, CSR Activities, Event or training programs to boost morale, gather feedback, and ensure a positive organizational culture.

·        Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.

·        Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to reflect legal changes and best practices.

·        Ensure policies align with company culture and legal requirements.

·        Communicate policies effectively to all employees.

·        Review monthly Salary sheet and PF ESIC and other statutory compliance for monthly payroll process.

·        Supervise or audit administrative task, identify their root cause, guide and support them for streamline the process.

·        Develop Employee retention strategies.

·        Daily review non-compliance report and take disciplinary action as per company policy.

·        Align HR initiatives with the company's long-term goals to drive business success.

·        Guide and mentor HR & Admin team members, support professional growth, and oversee departmental workflow.

·        Conduct audits and maintain accurate HR records to support compliance efforts.

·        Set HR Department KRA KPI as and when required.

·        Set HR Department yearly, Monthly Calender with budget.

·        Attend Monthly Meeting and Monthly HR audit with the Management team.

·        Review HR Department Weekly, Monthly Report.

·        Daily Morning and Review with HR Team.

·        Daily reporting to Head of the Department.
