Human Resource Executive

• Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionHandle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
• Post job openings on portals and social media
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
• 2. Employee Engagement & RelationsMaintain positive employee relations and resolve grievances
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback
• 3. HR OperationsMaintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process
• 4. Performance ManagementAssist in performance appraisal processes
• Track employee KPIs and development plans
• 5. Compliance & PoliciesEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Update HR policies as per organizational needs
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience (adjust based on role level)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR software/tools
• Good understanding of labor laws and compliance
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Preferred Skills:Experience in corporate office environment
• Knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job portals)
