*Job Title: HR Executive (Recruitment)**

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for an HR Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and supporting overall HR operations. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling hiring requirements efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
* Post job openings on job portals and social media
* Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs
* Schedule and conduct initial interviews
* Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
* Prepare offer letters and assist in joining formalities
* Support employee engagement and HR activities
**Requirements:**
* Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
* 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
