HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive / Recruiter to join our growing MY Car dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and supporting daily HR operations across dealership functions including Sales, Service, CRM, Insurance, Accounts, and Support staff.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for dealership positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field hiring activities.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and joining reports.
• Conduct onboarding and documentation of new employees.
• Coordinate induction and employee engagement activities.
• Support attendance, employee records, and HR administrative tasks.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements.
• Build hiring pipelines for frontline dealership roles.
• Coordinate with consultants, institutes, and recruitment vendors whenever required.
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Experience in automobile dealership hiring will be an added advantage.
