*Job Title* : HR Recruiter (Fresher)
*Location* : Pune

*About the Role:*
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in Human Resources, especially in recruitment and talent acquisition.
*Key Responsibilities* :
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates as per job requirements
Conducting initial telephonic interviews
Scheduling interviews with hiring managers
Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers
Coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assisting in employer branding and job postings
*Required Skills* :
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment process
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
