Job Description

HR Executive


Location: nighoje

 Exp: Fresher upto 1 year

Qualification: BBA / MBA HR


Responsibilities :


1.End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

2.Job posting on Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

3.Coordinate with hiring managers

4.Maintain candidate database & follow-ups

5.Handle onboarding & documentation

6.Support HR operations (attendance, records, employee coordination)


Skills:


1.Good communication & coordination

2.Recruitment & sourcing skills

3.MS Excel / basic HR tools knowledge


Salary:  18k to 22k (Depend on interview)
