Job Description

1. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance management. 2. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. 3. HR Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, benefits documentation, and other HR related documents. 4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. 5. Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. 6. Employee Communications: Assist with internal communications, including company-wide announcements, policy updates, and other HR-related communications. 7. Special Projects: Assist with special HR projects, including employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and other HR-related projects.
