Job Description
Process: HR Recruiter / Telecaller
Location: Ambegaon BK, Katraj, Pune
Qualification: HSC Pass / Graduate (any field)
Responsibilities:
- Call potential candidates and schedule interviews
- Maintain accurate candidate records and follow-up
- Coordinate with HR & Operations teams
- Provide updates to candidates regarding recruitment status
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) and above
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary & Benefits:
- For Fresher: 12,000 - 15,000 + Incentives
- For Experience: Upto 20,000 + Incentives
- Professional training and skill development
Shift Timing: 9:00AM - 6:00PM | Sunday Week OFF
