Job Description

Process: HR Recruiter / Telecaller

Location: Ambegaon BK, Katraj, Pune

Qualification: HSC Pass / Graduate (any field)

Responsibilities:

  • Call potential candidates and schedule interviews
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and follow-up
  • Coordinate with HR & Operations teams
  • Provide updates to candidates regarding recruitment status

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) and above
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

  • For Fresher: 12,000 - 15,000 + Incentives
  • For Experience: Upto 20,000 + Incentives
  • Professional training and skill development

Shift Timing: 9:00AM - 6:00PM | Sunday Week OFF
