Key Requirements:

•5-8 Years of Relevant HR Experience

•Experience managing HR operations across multiple retail stores

•Strong People Management

•Proven experience in Recruiting front-end retail employees

•Retail Experience is Mandatory

•Understand Marathi Language

•Must Be willing to travel 10-12 days within the cluster
