Responsibilities
- The HR function is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all employees and associated merchant/vendor details within the organization. This includes collecting, verifying, and securely storing personal, professional, and contractual information to ensure smooth operations, transparency, and compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
- HR ensures that all records such as employee details, merchant/vendor information, agreements, identification documents, payroll data, and performance records are properly documented, regularly updated, and easily accessible whenever required. The role also involves continuous data validation, monitoring accuracy, and maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- In addition, HR coordinates with internal departments and external merchants/clients to manage documentation, track workforce allocation, and support overall business operations. Proper record management plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, audit readiness, and effective decision-making within the organization.
- A critical aspect of the role involves implementing HR policies and ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements. The HR function works closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, provide data-driven HR insights, and support strategic planning and decision-making.
