Job Description: Executive HR (Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage white-collar recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities with experience in bulk hiring.
• Source candidates through job portals such as **Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure smooth induction and onboarding processes for new joiners.
• Manage onboarding formalities and documentation.
• Maintain employee records as per SOP requirements.
• Manage the employee helpdesk by addressing queries within the defined TAT.
• Ensure all HR processes comply with audit requirements.
• Generate accurate employee-related reports for management review.
• Coordinate and manage Reward & Recognition programs and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Candidates from E-commerce, Retail, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred (not mandatory).
• Prior experience working with Hub/Warehouse/Store operations will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Any graduation or MBA in HR can apply

Experience

Minimum 3/5 years of experience is required in the same relevant role
