Job Description
Role: HR Recruiter / Telecaller
Key Responsibilities:-
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively call potential candidates to explain job opportunities and company benefits.
- Screening: Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate profiles against specific job requirements.
- Interview Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers; ensure timely follow-ups.
- Data Management: Maintain and update an accurate database of candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Pipeline Building: Develop a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for various open positions.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in any BPO environment (Voice / HR Recruiter).
- Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) to Any Graduate
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in computer operations (MS Office, Email, etc.).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
Salary & Benefits:-
- CTC: ₹16,000 to ₹25,000 CTC (depending on experience and skills).
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives to reward high achievers.
- Stability: Full-time, permanent role with a fixed weekly off.
Work Details:-
- Shift Timings: Fixed Shifts (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
- Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday Off.
- Location: 3Rd Floor, Brahma Rooftop Hotel Building, Near, Navale Brg, opp. to Podar School Katraj, Ambegaon Budruk, Pune, Maharashtra 411046
