We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team in Pune.
📍 Location: Pune
💼 Experience: 4–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Sourcing & screening candidates through multiple channels
• Interview coordination and stakeholder management
• Offer negotiation and candidate engagement
• Managing hiring processes, BGV & pre-onboarding activities
• Building strong talent pipelines
• Tracking recruitment metrics and improving hiring processes
Required Skills:
✔ Strong experience in Talent Acquisition
✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Knowledge of recruitment tools and best practices
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business or related field
