Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Security Guard Recruiter who will be responsible exclusively for recruiting and hiring security guards as per the company’s manpower requirements.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in security guard recruitment, strong local networking and sourcing skills, and the ability to attract candidates through references, social media, job fairs, local communities, and field visits.

This position may involve field recruitment, including visiting rural areas, local communities, job fairs, and other locations to identify and mobilize suitable security guard candidates.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and hire security guards only as per the company’s manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through personal references, employee referrals, local contacts, recruitment networks, social media, and other channels.
• Post security guard vacancies on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, job groups, local groups, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and circulate attractive recruitment advertisements and job posts to generate candidate leads.
• Identify and develop local sources for security guard recruitment.
• Visit rural areas, villages, local communities, markets, and other potential sourcing locations to attract suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and participate in Rojgar Melas, Job Fairs, recruitment drives, and walk-in interviews.
• Explain job details to candidates, including salary, duty location, working hours, job responsibilities, eligibility, and working conditions.
• Screen candidates and coordinate their interviews, document verification, selection, and joining.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure they report for joining on time.
• Maintain and regularly update a database of potential and previously contacted security guard candidates.
• Build a continuous pipeline of security guard candidates to meet immediate and future manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with the HR/Operations team regarding vacancies, manpower requirements, and joining status.
• Achieve recruitment targets within the required timelines.
• Candidate EligibilityMinimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably specifically in security guard recruitment.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong knowledge of security guard sourcing and local recruitment networks.
• Experience in recruitment through references, social media, WhatsApp groups, job portals, job fairs, and field sourcing.
• Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms for recruitment.
• Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi.
• Knowledge of local/regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic recruitment tools.
• Willingness to travel locally and work in the field when required.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.

The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring security guards and building a strong pipeline of suitable security guard candidates.

The role can involve both office-based and field recruitment, depending on recruitment requirements. Candidates should be comfortable with local travel, visiting sourcing locations, conducting recruitment drives, and meeting candidates directly.
