Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Location: Lalpur, Raipur

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
• Schedule interviews with client companies and coordinate the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Prepare job postings and promote vacancies across multiple platforms.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure proper documentation.

• Required Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with strong negotiation and coordination skills.

• Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage).
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
