Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new leads, meet customers, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits.
• Meet potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Promote and explain company products/services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily reports of customer visits and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and customer support.

Requirements:

• 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with field sales experience can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 0–3 years

Location: As per business requirement
