Operations supervisor

M S&S is a fast-growing momo street-food brand expanding across Ranchi. We are hiring a passionate and disciplined Operations Supervisor to manage our daily operations from factory to sales carts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise factory production and packaging every morning
• Manage factory staff and ensure work is completed on time
• Coordinate daily with the sales team and delivery team
• Ensure all retail carts are live, stocked, and running smoothly during sales hours
• Visit each sales location in the field to check operations
• Submit daily reports on factory, sales, delivery, and customer feedback

Working Hours (7–8 hours/day):

• 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM — Factory presence for production and packaging
• After 3:00 PM — Field visits to sales locations
• This is a 60% field and 40% work-from-home role

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic Excel knowledge
• Comfortable using WhatsApp for coordination and reporting
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Must know how to ride a two-wheeler
• Must own a smartphone and a scooty/bike
• Age between 25 and 50 years
• Prior work experience (organised or unorganised sector) preferred; freshers with the right attitude are also welcome

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 fixed per month
• Performance bonuses and incentives on target achievement
• Conveyance support as per business needs

Work Area: Kanke, Morabadi, Karamtoli, Bariatu and adjacent areas within a 3 km radius

Probation Period: 3 months
