Job Description
Video Editor – Roles & Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging videos while ensuring smooth transitions, pacing, and storytelling.
- Add graphics, animations, text overlays, subtitles, background music, sound effects, and color correction to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with content creators, photographers, and the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver videos on time.
- Organize, manage, and maintain video files, project assets, and archives for easy access and future use.
- Optimize videos for different platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and technical specifications before final delivery.
- Handle basic audio editing, noise reduction, synchronization, and video rendering in multiple formats and resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing software, industry trends, and creative techniques to produce visually compelling content.
