Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales, develop new customers, maintain existing business relationships, and expand our market presence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Visit retailers, dealers, distributors, and other potential customers.
• Promote and sell the company’s products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Generate leads through market visits, references, calls, and other channels.
• Take regular orders and coordinate with the office/team for timely delivery.
• Follow up on outstanding payments when required.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer records.
• Explore new markets and expand the company’s customer network.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales/marketing preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel for market visits.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Experience in FMCG, kitchenware, utensils, crockery, appliances, gift items, or wholesale/trading businesseswill be preferred.
• Candidates with a strong local market network will have an added advantage.
