Job Description
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and corporate organizations to encourage referrals.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to inform potential referrers about our services and specialties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies that drive referral traffic.
- Monitor and analyze referral trends and metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and resolve any issues related to referrals in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance against targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must Have Two Wheeler Bike with Valid Licence
