Job Brief:

• Role: Senior HR Recruiter - ITES/IT Recruitment

We are looking for a hands-on Senior HR Recruiter with strong expertise in the ITES sector. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for our ITES enterprise clients while leading, guiding, and motivating a small team of up to 5 HR Recruiters.

You will be responsible for setting daily sourcing targets, reviewing portal pipelines (Apna, JobHai, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), and ensuring timely fulfillment of client requirements without compromising on quality.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment & Client Delivery

• Understand and analyze complex ITES hiring requirements (Voice/Non-Voice, Technical Support, BPO, KPO, and Back-Office roles).
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: Sourcing, screening, initial interviewing, salary negotiation, and final onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure quick turnaround times (TAT) for urgent client mandates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination with ITES client hiring managers.

2. Team Leadership & Mentoring

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of less than 5 HR Recruiters.
• Allocate daily/weekly sourcing targets and monitor individual and team performance metrics.
• Conduct regular training sessions on effective sourcing techniques, ATS management, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks in the recruitment process and provide hands-on support during high-volume hiring drives.

3. Sourcing Strategy & Portal Optimization

• Leverage job portals extensively—including Apna, JobHai, Indeed, Naukri, and professional social networks—to source high-volume and niche talent.
• Optimize search strings, database mining, and mass-mailing strategies to maximize response rates.
• Monitor portal efficiency, ROI on job postings, and explore alternative, cost-effective local sourcing channels.

4. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interview stages, and placement trackers using ATS or Excel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment progress reports for internal management and client updates.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of total recruitment experience, specifically catering to ITES, BPO, or Volume Hiring sectors.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in mentoring, guiding, or managing a small team (1 to 5 recruiters).
• Portal Expertise: Hands-on experience sourcing candidates via Apna, JobHai, Indeed, and similar blue-collar/grey-collar/white-collar Indian recruitment platforms.
