Job Description

  • Supervise order packing, staging, vehicle assignment, and load planning.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian logistics mandates—verifying E-Way Bills, GST Invoices, Bills of Lading (BOL), and Gate Passes before vehicle departure.
  • Liaise with logistics vendors, local transporters, and drivers to ensure timely vehicle placement and placement tracking.
  • Record inward-outward inventory movements in system and generate daily dispatch/pending order reports using Excel.
  • Handle loading delays, shortage/damage issues at the dock, and record reverse logistics (RTO/returns).
