Job Profile: Machine Operator

Experience: 1–2 Years Minimum
Education: 12th Pass or Above
Salary: ₹18,000/- Starting, up to ₹25,000–₹30,000/- per month based on experience & skills
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Machine Operator for our Production Department.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
- Basic knowledge of operating production machines.
- Basic understanding of machine settings, production processes and safety procedures.
- Ability to identify basic machine/production issues.
- Responsible, disciplined and willing to work in a production environment.
- Candidates with good technical knowledge and relevant machine operating experience will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Starting Salary: ₹18,000/- per month
- Salary up to ₹25,000–₹30,000/- can be offered depending on experience, technical knowledge and skill.
- Salary will be finalized after the Interview & Skill Assessment.
Interview:
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their experience and will be called for an interview and practical/skill assessment.
