Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining data, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate will play a key role in lead management, follow-ups, and improving customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database with accurate and updated customer information
  • Handle incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion and campaign execution
  • Track customer interactions and maintain proper records of communication
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
  • Assist in planning and executing customer engagement activities
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies
  • Key Skills & Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of CRM software (like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)
  • Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer lifecycle
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting


Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Handling / Sales Support
  • Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in Retail / Jewellery industry is an advantage
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude
