Job SummaryMarvin Rupee Zone is looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Tele Callers to join our growing real estate & Loans team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, generating quality leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases.
• Explain Loans & Real estate projects, offers, and investment opportunities clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers via calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Answer customer queries and provide complete project information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome; prior tele calling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Telugu are mandatory.
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi are preferred.
• Confident speaking and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM is an added advantage).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in Loans & Real estate telecalling.
• Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into qualified leads.
• Knowledge of Loans & Hyderabad real estate market is an added advantage.
