Job Description

  • Manage and maintain customer and franchisee information in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer and franchisee queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, requirements, and communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and issue resolution.
  • Draft professional emails, business communications, and customer correspondence.
  • Maintain regular communication with franchisees and business partners.
  • Support franchise sales and development activities.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Handle negotiations and communication with clients/franchise prospects when required.
  • Prepare and maintain reports using MS Office and Excel.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of CRM data.
