Field Sales Executive

Education & Qualification:

Must-have: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, B.A., or equivalent).

Preferred: Degree in Business/Marketing with local market FMCG exposure. Must possess a personal two-wheeler and valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities  Beat Management: Execute daily beat plans, ensure maximum productive retail visits, and build strong retailer relationships.  Secondary Sales & Order Booking: Drive order generation from stockists/distributors to retailers across all 7 product categories.  Outlet Expansion: Identify un-serviced pockets and map new retail outlets to expand numerical distribution.  Visibility & Merchandising: Deploy POS materials, ensure eye-level product placement, and drive stock off-take.

Must-Have Skills  Feet-on-street FMCG retail sales experience.  Beat plan execution and daily order booking techniques.  Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.  Deep geography/market knowledge of assigned Gujarat town/city.

Good to Have  Experience in Beverage or Impulse-buy FMCG categories.  Understanding of distributor-stockist order flows.  Spoken fluency in local dialects of Gujarati and Hindi.
