Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and career development programs.
  • Identify training needs and organize employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, benefits, and payroll inputs.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend improvements.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Manage HR budgets and coordinate with external HR service providers when required.
