AI Expert / AI Automation Specialist

Job Title: AI Expert / AI Automation SpecialistWe are looking for an experienced AI Expert / AI Automation Specialist for our diamond and jewellery company. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools, automation, ChatGPT, workflow building, data handling, and AI-based business solutions.

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for implementing AI solutions across different departments such as sales, marketing, data entry, customer support, operations, reporting, and internal processes. The candidate should be able to identify repetitive work and convert it into automated AI workflows.

The role will include working with ChatGPT, AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems, lead management tools, and AI-based reporting systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage AI-based automation workflows
• Automate repetitive office and business processes
• Build AI solutions for sales, marketing, customer support, and operations
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for business productivity
• Integrate AI tools with CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms
• Create automated lead follow-up and customer management systems
• Build AI-based reports and dashboards
• Work with APIs and third-party integrations
• Improve existing company processes using AI
• Research and implement new AI tools and technologies
• Train team members on using AI tools effectively
• Handle AI-based data processing, analysis, and reporting
• Create prompts, workflows, and SOPs for different departments

Preferred Candidate:

Candidate with experience in AI automation, software, digital marketing, e-commerce, diamond, jewellery, manufacturing, or trading company will be preferred.
