Job Description

We are looking for a Female IT Support Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle client queries through calls, emails and chat.
  • Provide basic technical and remote support to clients.
  • Assist clients with software and ERP-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot basic computer, software and hardware issues.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for unresolved issues.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of software applications
  • Good knowledge of computer fundamentals
  • Ability to provide remote support
  • Understanding of CRM/ERP software
  • Ability to handle client queries via call, email & chat
  • Strong communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi & English - Basic)
  • Gujarati communication is mandatory
