Job Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, manage staff performance, and maintain operational standards. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling floor operations, team coordination, and customer satisfaction while assisting the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.

Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.

Supervise and support floor staff during shifts.

Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Support inventory management and stock control.

Assist in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.

Prepare daily operational reports and updates.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant POS systems is an advantage.
