Job Description
Role: Supervisor – Service Apartment
Reports to: Resident / Hospitality Manager
Core Responsibilities
Staff Supervision
- Supervise housekeeping staff, cooks, and security guards on daily basis
- Assign daily duties and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Monitor staff attendance and discipline
- Report any staff issues to the Resident Manager
Housekeeping & Maintenance Checks
- Inspect rooms/common areas daily for cleanliness
- Report maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, etc.) to Resident Manager promptly
- Ensure common areas (lobby, corridors, garden, etc.) are well-maintained
Food Service Support
- Ensure meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are served on time to residents
- Check food quality and quantity before serving
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for daily ration usage tracking
Security & Safety
- Ensure security guards are alert and following protocols
- Monitor visitor entries/exits, maintain visitor log
- Report any safety/security concerns immediately
Support to Resident Manager
- Assist in organizing weekly activities for residents
- Step in for basic resident queries when Resident Manager is unavailable
- Maintain daily logs/registers as instructed
Compensation Structure
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
- Accommodation: Flat/room provided on-site (live-in role)
- Food: 3 meals/day provided (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
