OPEN POSITION

S1. Sales Executive (B2B/Enterprise)Location: Surat

Reports To: Sales Manager

Experience: 2-5 years (IT Hardware/Enterprise Sales preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify enterprise clients (corporates, institutions, government bodies)
• Present Singhania Computers solutions and custom server/networking packages
• Build long-term client relationships and achieve quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical team for solution customization
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Follow up on leads and manage pipeline

Requirements:

• B.Com/BBA/B.Tech or equivalent
• Proven B2B sales track record
• Knowledge of IT hardware/server solutions (advantage)
• Excellent communication (English + Gujarati/Hindi)
• CRM experience preferred
• Own transportation (two-wheeler minimum)

2. Technical Support Associate

Location: Surat

Reports To: Technical Manager

Experience: 1-3 years (IT support/hardware troubleshooting)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, chat
• Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and server issues
• Coordinate on-site installations and maintenance
• Maintain support ticket system and documentation
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians
• Create knowledge base articles

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics/IT or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Windows Server, networking basics
• Hardware troubleshooting experience
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset

• Manage warranty claims and follow-ups
• Stock management and display maintenance

Requirements:

• 12th pass or Diploma minimum
• Customer service orientation
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fluent in Gujarati + English
• Willingness to learn
