Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team in Surat. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, promoting products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets through field activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.
• Visit prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements.
• Present and explain products/services to potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer visits, follow-ups, and sales.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
• Identify new business opportunities and explore potential markets.
• Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to the management.
• Requirements0–2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales can apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident personality with good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel within Surat and nearby areas.
• Basic smartphone and digital application knowledge.
• Knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi will be an advantage.
