Job Description :

We are looking for a responsible and active Field Supervisor for textile job-work and production follow-up in Surat.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit different textile job-work units / khatas / vendors in Surat.
• Give new production programs, samples and work instructions to job-work units.
• Take regular follow-up of running production and ensure work is completed on time.
• Check work progress, quality and quantity during visits.
• Coordinate between our office and different job-work units.
• Collect samples/finished material and report production status to the office.
• Follow up with vendors for delayed or pending work.
• Maintain a daily record of programs given, pending work and completed work.
• Provide daily updates/report to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Own bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Candidate should be comfortable travelling locally within Surat throughout the day.
• Knowledge of Surat textile market, textile production or job-work units will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphone is required.
• Candidate should be responsible, punctual and good at follow-up.
• Previous experience in textile/garment/embroidery production or field supervision will be preferred.
