Hum apni company ke liye ek Field Supervisor hire kar rahe hain jo Surat market me jaakar saree manufacturers, vendors aur job work units ke sath kaam kare aur hamare saree manufacturing process ko smoothly handle kare.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🏭 Field & Vendor Work:
Surat market me naye saree manufacturers / vendors se milna.
Vendor se meeting karke rate aur quality finalize karna
Order ke liye negotiation aur follow-up karna
🧵 Production Work (Khata / Job Work):
Saree manufacturing process (fabric, embroidery, finishing) ka supervision
Khata / job work units par visit karke kaam check karna
Time par production complete karwana
📦 Purchase & Quality Control:
Saree purchase aur order placement
Ready maal ka quality check karna
Packing aur dispatch coordination
👤 Candidate Requirements:
Textile / Saree market ka basic knowledge (preferred)
Field work karne me comfortable ho (market visit daily)
Communication aur negotiation skill achhi ho
Responsible aur kaam ko handle karne wala ho
Smartphone use karna aata ho (photos, updates, WhatsApp)
🎓 Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass
Preference: Textile / Commerce background
⏰ Working Details:
Location: Surat (Field Work)
Timing: Full Time
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with interest can also apply)
💰 Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentive (Performance ke hisaab se)
