Job Description
1. ફાઈલ વ્યવસ્થાપનવિવિધ
- ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટમાંથી ફાઈલો એકત્રિત કરવી.
- ફાઈલોની યોગ્ય રીતે ચકાસણી કરીને સંબંધિત ટેબલ, રેક અથવા કબાટમાં વ્યવસ્થિત રીતે મૂકવી.
- મેનેજમેન્ટ અથવા સ્ટાફને જરૂરી ફાઈલો પહોંચાડવી અને પરત મેળવવી.
- ફાઈલોને યોગ્ય ક્રમમાં રાખવી અને જરૂર પડે ત્યારે ઝડપથી શોધી શકાય તેની ખાતરી કરવી.
2. મહેમાનદારી (Hospitality)મુલાકાતીઓ,
- ક્લાયન્ટ્સ અને સ્ટાફ માટે ચા, નાસ્તો તથા પાણી પીરસવું.
- મીટિંગ દરમિયાન જરૂરી Hospitality વ્યવસ્થા કરવી.
- ઓફિસમાં આવતા મહેમાનોનું યોગ્ય રીતે સ્વાગત અને માર્ગદર્શન કરવું.
- 3. સામાન્ય ઓફિસ સપોર્ટમીટિંગ રૂમની સફાઈ અને વ્યવસ્થા જાળવવી.
- ઓફિસની સામાન્ય સફાઈ અને સ્વચ્છતા પર નિયમિત નજર રાખવી.
- ઓફિસમાં જરૂરી સ્ટેશનરી અને અન્ય સામાન્ય વસ્તુઓની ઉપલબ્ધતા અંગે જાણ કરવી.
- મેનેજમેન્ટ અને સ્ટાફને જરૂરિયાત મુજબ સામાન્ય ઓફિસ કામમાં સહાય કરવી.
