Job Summary

The Tender Specialist is responsible for finding, preparing, and submitting competitive bids for government and private contracts. You will oversee the end-to-end bidding process—from tracking tender portals to financial evaluation and final submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender Monitoring: Actively track and analyze tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, and state-specific e-procurement sites) for relevant business opportunities.
• Documentation & Compliance: Study tender documents, qualification criteria, and scope of work to prepare highly compliant technical and financial bids.
• Proposal Creation: Create detailed cost estimates, price proposals, and quotations based on exact client or government requirements.
• Coordination & Negotiation: Work closely with internal teams (engineering, sales, finance) and external vendors to gather quotations and resolve queries.
• Submission: Ensure that all tender submission due dates, formatting rules, and documentation standards are strictly followed.
• Post-Submission: Handle tender follow-ups, negotiations, purchase order (PO) receipts, and payment realization management.
