Job Role: B2C Telecaller / Holiday Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and confident B2C Telecaller to handle customer enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers who have enquired about holiday packages.
• Understand customer requirements such as destination, travel date, number of travellers and budget.
• Explain suitable holiday packages, hotels, sightseeing and other inclusions.
• Share quotations and itineraries with interested customers.
• Regularly follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Convince interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain proper records of leads, call status and next follow-up dates.
• Coordinate with the Holiday/Reservation team after booking confirmation.
• Achieve assigned monthly booking and sales targets.
• Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about travel destinations.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, travel sales or B2C sales will be an advantage.
