Back Office Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Sales Executive to support the sales team by managing quotations, order processing, customer communication, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to coordinate with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Follow up on quotations and generate sales leads.
• Process customer orders and maintain order records.
• Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain customer database and update CRM/Excel records.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and daily activity reports.
• Support the sales team with documentation and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with logistics for dispatch schedules and delivery updates.
• Ensure timely collection of customer documents such as purchase orders and payment confirmations.
• Maintain proper filing of sales-related documents and correspondence.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM software is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
